What I like best about my team is the diversity we have. We're a multiracial group with different perspectives and experiences, but we work together toward the same goals. It creates a good balance of ideas and teamwork.

I'm happiest at work when I'm able to use my skills to deliver meaningful insights and see their impact on business decisions. It's fulfilling to know that what I do adds value and helps the company to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I enjoy the work and I do take pride in my loyalty to the company, but I'd feel more valued with a raise, bonuses or additional benefits. Knowing there are opportunities for rewards for my commitment would really motivate me to continue giving my best.
