I like the fact that team and site performance is rewarded every quarter, it makes you accountable about what your contributing to the Site. I will asked only to have a greater percentage in food vouchers that really will help me a lot, no concerns about salary and the rest of the benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation in terms of monetary value is below standard as compared to other companies with competitive salary packages. SITEL is just lucky to have people like myself who may not be 100% after the monetary compensation but more of logistics, benefits and opportunity to grow career wise. Payraise!
