What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no drama. Everyone works well together because we're empowered to do our jobs effectively. It's a lot different from some places I've been that are characterized by fear and blaming others (due to lack of empowerment and micromanaging). It's a great place to work!

I like that we celebrate diversity. It is important to me, to work for a company that treasures everyone's perspective. It makes work a better place. I am happy that we promote from within. I like to look around the room and see that many people started on the phones, just like I did.
