Leadership empowers employees to do their jobs. Treats me like a knowledgeable professional, and trusts me to execute on my objectives. Also leadership models humility, and support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no drama. Everyone works well together because we're empowered to do our jobs effectively. It's a lot different from some places I've been that are characterized by fear and blaming others (due to lack of empowerment and micromanaging). It's a great place to work!
