Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no fairness about recognition vs. engagement. For example in our local team already 2 years the ,, MAX giveaway ,, was gave to the people that aren't a MAX insiders and hasn't a part of MAX or an any contribution to some MAX camping or some MAX initiative

low salary and compensation. it would be better if our salary and allowance is higher. i think our transpo allowance is still based on 5peso fair.

they changed the version of maxicare and vitamins are very difficult to request.. we used to have vitamins every month but now we need to go through a lot of process before we get vitamins
