it could have been better if they will bring back the version maxicare wherein we xan our vitamins every month without hustle. processes shorten and make it easy for us employees.

the negativity of the environment specially when it from the higher ops

instead of uniting to improve their behavior and attitude, they choose to pull each other down

the higher leaders should be coached to improve their behavior, learn to create unity and stop stabbing their back

following the sitel values infront of the crowd but hating each other at the back of their heads that continues to drag their selves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
low salary and compensation. it would be better if our salary and allowance is higher. i think our transpo allowance is still based on 5peso fair.

they changed the version of maxicare and vitamins are very difficult to request.. we used to have vitamins every month but now we need to go through a lot of process before we get vitamins
