What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be clear on our goals as a team, avoid unnecessary changes since the account changes all the time by itself and avoid giving preference to a few team member only

Firing 10% of staff across the board is just lazy management. Retain the producers and ditch the freeloaders. Don't fire a productive software developer who is making the company money while retaining some diversity officer that costs the company money.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that there's a lack of compensation for metrics achieved + the compensation is below the market for similar roles. We constantly get searched by other companies with higher salaries, and someday it will start to break the team

Don't fire hundreds of front-line workers to save costs one month and then hire a bunch of C-level executives the next month. It makes it look like the leadership is incompetent.

To be honest working at site is complicated to me since I have to drive over one hour to site.
