What is the best part about your compensation package?

Retirement savings plan top up.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Fairly competent. Hard workers. Get stuff done most of the time.

What makes you most happy at work?

Improving customer service and making the business more efficient. Developing new technology.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't fire hundreds of front-line workers to save costs one month and then hire a bunch of C-level executives the next month. It makes it look like the leadership is incompetent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Firing 10% of staff across the board is just lazy management. Retain the producers and ditch the freeloaders. Don't fire a productive software developer who is making the company money while retaining some diversity officer that costs the company money.
