We all worked through a pandemic shile many were at home. We got vaccinated, went into COVID rooms, and walked around for entire shifts in masks. It feels like it never even happened. No meaningful compensation or true show of appreciation. Don't just make people "feel" compensated. Show them.

Pay doesn't increase to keep up with cost of living and that's not good after employees worked through a pandemic. There's quite a wage gap between the highest paid and others
