Being respectful (based on our location). There are some that are more toxic & seem to be the "louder voice" being heard, but we otherwise all do our best to tune that out & continue to work hard.
There are great people that work there & really care about what they do.
Coworkers are seeing n expressing things that are in common with mine
It is fun and manageable, the patients are enjoyable too
Helping patients through good and rough times
The tenants in Peterson Estates. I have been told by them that I am the best housekeeper, the best cook and the over all friendliest person. I would love to have a survey given to these tenants to see who and why they like and dislike.

Value ALL positions and their contribution to the whole system. Employees want more work/life balance, so it isn't just pay. Pay doesn't increase to keep up with cost of living and that's not good after employees worked through a pandemic. There's quite a wage gap between the highest paid and others
They need to appreciate their employees
Hire managers that aren't so lazy and "career girl" esque. Hire managers willing to work the floor.
Start at the top do your jobs and take care of your people
Compensation/ we need a better leadership group. Sanford doesn't vaulue and tine invested into the company. I get used and abused for having my degree's. I get paid like a pasent, who have got their education in and work experience in. Everything id budget budget.
If you treat people right and give them better pay things will get better but until then the quality will keep going down
Increase pay, recognize employees, give more incentives

Leaders instead of managers and more of an emphasis on employees and not patients.
