accessibility to the leadership on site
Their expectations are realistic and communication channels are effective.
We have a wonderful new director and she has done a fabulous job of allowing everyone to be heard.
They listen to my concerns
not going to elaborate on this
Get to know the little people, like your CNAs
Provide competitive compensation for employees, especially nurses; ensure healthcare availability to the public by securing your nursing workforce (via fair wages and safe staffing ratios)
Leadership requires experience. This system is poorly run from the top.
Helping out when we are always short-handed
Health vision, dental the whole package.

All the benefits are top-shelf. Especially health insurance ;)
It is appropriate to my experience and skill level.
401k programs are nice and appreciated
Great coverage, eaay to work with
To help employees out with schedules and work to get them ehat they need while still helping patients.
All benefits are crummy now, but working in healthcare one would hope there would be some benefit
better pay, better benefits, better leadership
Leadership either has no power or does not care to address problematic employees and ineffective training strategies.
Review from Operations Dept
Match regional pay, other healthcare facilities pay more
Friendly easy to talk and ask questions.

Most work efficiently together as a team. They're respectful to each other & the patients.
Most work efficiently together as a team to get things done properly, while being respectful of each other.
Whether at the office or WFH we are afforded time to socialize which fosters great working relationships. Many will say our corporate culture can be summed up as "my Sanford Family" or "Family first." It is perfectly acceptable to step AFK to pick up kids from school or other appointments.
In house. Good. Upper leadership seem to be overly busy with leadership meetings n prep.
More positive interaction, less bullying.
my coworkers need to stop talking about other people behind their backs. The 74 yr old coworker needs to stop acting like a child when something doesn't go her way. An EXAMPLE of this is she stopped talking to a coworker because this person sat by someone she didn't like.
There's a few coworkers that do not pull their weight and then when I come to work after them I have to work double to pick up their slack people have given up on doing a good job because they feel unappreciated and underpaid and overworked
Stop bullying new staff and targeting new grad nurses.
Its dog eat dog in our environment. If your not liked your Gone!!!!
Always clean,friendly up to date

Being respectful (based on our location). There are some that are more toxic & seem to be the "louder voice" being heard, but we otherwise all do our best to tune that out & continue to work hard.
There are great people that work there & really care about what they do.
Coworkers are seeing n expressing things that are in common with mine
It is fun and manageable, the patients are enjoyable too
Focus on patient needs and working as a team to meet those needs versus acommodating staff who do not have the drive to advance their skillsets.
not going to elaborate on this
A strong leader with communication and management (people) skills.
Review from Admin Dept
Value ALL positions and their contribution to the whole system. Employees want more work/life balance, so it isn't just pay. Pay doesn't increase to keep up with cost of living and that's not good after employees worked through a pandemic. There's quite a wage gap between the highest paid and others
They need to appreciate their employees
They said everthiing step by step.

My first interview was over the phone. For my second interview in person, I was 20 minutes late because of bad GPS direction. The company was more interested in what I had to offer than the formality of punctuality.
Speaking with current employees that I would be working with
It was easy and quick
Friendly listened to my answers when asked their quesrions
Encourage hiring managers to be transparent and honest about the duties and expectations of the job roles
Literally everything. Three more words.
Review from Operations Dept
Improve response time to job applications.

Just have a conversation. Get rid of the cookie cutter questions. Ridiculous. Kindergarten.

Many things provide me with job satisfaction, foremost is autonomy. I get to prioritize my work, being mindful of course situations involving patient safety. Using my skill sets to resolve issues is very satisfying.
When Manager, leadership come to introduce themselves and express their appreciation.
Working with patientz and helping them.
Feeling worthy that i can do the job
Reputation as a quality, local employer is lagging
I doubt it can be meaningfully improved
Review from Operations Dept
The employees are not happy and they don't feel appreciated and they feel overworked so it's very hard to do our best when we are constantly stressed and overworked
Sanford has been known in the community to be too corporate, you pay for an "I don't know" answer. Physicians are leaving to go to competetor.
Poor quality nursing care at times, very little time spent with patients.
Hard to think of something good
Great to work for and voice can be heard at all levels and I’m veryehb
Equality and fairness is needed
I’m not sure, I can’t really complain about anything and am happy with
