Working for Sanford Health was okay to good until i began working in my current unit/tole. Since starting in this role, i have experienced very inequitable treatment by a team member despite excellent perfirmance appraisals. It has been the worst job experience i have ever had.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More positive interaction, less bullying.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on patient needs and working as a team to meet those needs versus acommodating staff who do not have the drive to advance their skillsets.
