Treating everyone fairly regardless of how long they've been there.

Everyone is respectful, easy to get along with, there's no drama, and everyone is hard working and helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just everyone leaving the drama at the door. The people I work with is what makes me most happy though because they're great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing is really that great compared to other places but just the fact that they offer benefits is a plus because so many places stopped doing that.
