Terrible place to work for lower rung workers. Bad if no communication, ridiculous work load (they will add more and more), management constantly try to find reasons to fire you mostly for being on union. If you have a problem and you are a man? forget it, the discrimination is high here.

Letters from the Sanford Sioux Falls headquarters state raises will be a certain percentage but when receiving your review your told the letter does not accurately depict the raise percentages and raises are lower than average percentage we have been notified about in spite of having good reviews.
