Get to know the little people, like your CNAs

Provide competitive compensation for employees, especially nurses; ensure healthcare availability to the public by securing your nursing workforce (via fair wages and safe staffing ratios)

Leadership requires experience. This system is poorly run from the top.

Helping out when we are always short-handed

Everything. Maybe taking action on employees pay - increase in pay, even with standard of living.

Stop giving hard working employees "below meets expectations" reviews.

Listen to your staff thats working the floor, not what looks good to the community

The people who do the nurses job dont get compensation. Even our PT/OT position. It's always the backend doing the work to keep up with JYCO and the state.

Terrible place to work for lower rung workers. Bad if no communication, ridiculous work load (they will add more and more), management constantly try to find reasons to fire you mostly for being on union. If you have a problem and you are a man? forget it, the discrimination is high here.

Everything. They only promote employees that they can control. They show extreme favoritism and are not anonymous when a coworker complains about another, especially if it is about one of the favored employees.
