We have a wonderful new director and she has done a fabulous job of allowing everyone to be heard.

Leadership requires experience. This system is poorly run from the top.

Terrible place to work for lower rung workers. Bad if no communication, ridiculous work load (they will add more and more), management constantly try to find reasons to fire you mostly for being on union. If you have a problem and you are a man? forget it, the discrimination is high here.

Everything. They only promote employees that they can control. They show extreme favoritism and are not anonymous when a coworker complains about another, especially if it is about one of the favored employees.
