Whether at the office or WFH we are afforded time to socialize which fosters great working relationships. Many will say our corporate culture can be summed up as "my Sanford Family" or "Family first." It is perfectly acceptable to step AFK to pick up kids from school or other appointments.
In house. Good. Upper leadership seem to be overly busy with leadership meetings n prep.

My team consists of myself and 3 other workers. These are the people that stand with me,, help with questions and always are willing to help with smiles and always truthfull.

my coworkers need to stop talking about other people behind their backs. The 74 yr old coworker needs to stop acting like a child when something doesn't go her way. An EXAMPLE of this is she stopped talking to a coworker because this person sat by someone she didn't like.
There's a few coworkers that do not pull their weight and then when I come to work after them I have to work double to pick up their slack people have given up on doing a good job because they feel unappreciated and underpaid and overworked
Stop bullying new staff and targeting new grad nurses.
Its dog eat dog in our environment. If your not liked your Gone!!!!
They do not care while staff that put care in work are doing their job & working hard
We need more employees for the evening shift.
Stop trying to get other workers get fired while literally doing the same thing they complain about.
