It was terrible and filled with anxiety. The job was not hard and it was actually the co-workers and management who tend to turn a blind eye. Co workers are constantly trying to get each other in trouble if they dont like each other. Management is apathetic at best.

not much to be honest.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop trying to get other workers get fired while literally doing the same thing they complain about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are nice and the overall job isn't bad BUT it's the people that make this place a living hell.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Terrible place to work for lower rung workers. Bad if no communication, ridiculous work load (they will add more and more), management constantly try to find reasons to fire you mostly for being on union. If you have a problem and you are a man? forget it, the discrimination is high here.
