I've been with Scrum Alliance for 7 years, and it has gone through many changes. At this time, it is the most stable and healthy I've seen it. We have a direction, we have support, and we produce value for the world. It's a company to strive to retire from, in my opinion.

My interview process was very different than today. I was asked some technical questions on a phone call, then asked some personal questions in a meeting with leadership. I can't speak to today's process much, but I do like that culture fit is emphasized.
