Free healthcare after 2 years

Insurance premiums paid by company.

Compensation is fair and transparent with the org on achievements needed to grow.

The best part about the compensation package is the variety of options it offers, allowing flexibility to choose what best fits individual needs and priorities.

Our health benefits have nationwide in-network coverage and have proven very reliable for myself and my family.

The best part about our compensation package is the transparency and fairness. Our salary ranges and bonus plan are clearly defined and communicated. I also really value that Scrum Alliance rewards performance, it feels good to know that

Flexible PTO, Holiday Shutdown, and our benefits package is very reasonable with good coverage on insurance.

Scrum Alliance offers a great benefits package that is well above average compared to other companies. 401k matching, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick days, Personal growth time, and Volunteer time are all highlights! I really appreciate the benefits that we receive.

The pay is above market

Flexible PTO, super helpful with benefits selection, and there were multiple options that ensured I went with a plan that fit my family

Unlimited time off, 100% health coverage, on call only for all of Christmas week, and of course Christmas and a dozen other holidays paid. They'd have to just give extra money away to make it better.

401K benefits are great and the match rate is much appreciated.

After two years, they pay all healthcare subscription costs.

Clear and transparent career paths and compensation ranges, with pay tied to performance.

Healthcare and recurring gifts, freebies, and professional development.

There are a lot of options.

Flexible PTO and 401K match!

No health care premiums after 2 years.

The best part of our benefits package is the health coverage, which offers great options and flexibility.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I really enjoy the work I do and the team I’m part of, but I’ve noticed that my compensation hasn’t kept pace with the additional responsibilities I’ve taken on or the market rate for similar roles. Having a transparent conversation about pay structure and growth opportunities wou

Better bonus structure with opportunity to thrive while being rewarded.

I don't feel that my pay is high enough in comparison to other people that have achieved the advanced level of education that I have.

The insurance plan could be better.
