My overall experience remains quite positive. The work can be challenging at times, but it never feels daunting because I know I can look to my teammates, supervisor, and other colleagues across the org for support or guidance.

They are transparent and do what they say they will. This alone isn't really enough to be a good leadership team, so luckily they also back it up with competence, strong collaboration, and compromise when needed.

The people, and the standards we won't allow ourselves to slip below. That goes for the work we produce and the culture we protect. It's a culture of respect, and also high expectation, but not unreasonable expectation. We are like the special forces of the business world :).

We are picky, and careful to select people who will fit in with our environment, but also be able to self manage enough to handle excelling in a work from home environment. It's not for everyone, and takes a certain kind of person. You have to be invested. Just wanting 'a job' isn't enough.
