They are transparent and do what they say they will. This alone isn't really enough to be a good leadership team, so luckily they also back it up with competence, strong collaboration, and compromise when needed.
Our executive team leads with clarity, focus, and a shared commitment to our strategy. They foster collaboration across the organization, creating space for every voice to contribute while keeping us aligned and moving purposefully toward our vision.
They really try to provide transparency for the whole org on key priorities, challenges, and strategic decisions. They also have a very real 'open door policy' and are always available for questions or feedback.

Compensation is fair and transparent with the org on achievements needed to grow.
The best part about the compensation package is the variety of options it offers, allowing flexibility to choose what best fits individual needs and priorities.
I really enjoy the work I do and the team I’m part of, but I’ve noticed that my compensation hasn’t kept pace with the additional responsibilities I’ve taken on or the market rate for similar roles. Having a transparent conversation about pay structure and growth opportunities wou

I don't feel that my pay is high enough in comparison to other people that have achieved the advanced level of education that I have.

I have three teams, and they are all the reason I love what I do. My job is to make sure people have what they need to be successful, and my teams make that a softball pitch to hit. Really it's due to the culture, the hiring, and the leadership. They are what contribute most to the great teams.
They're genuinely nice, smart, easy people to work with. All of us know we can ping each other any time for opinions or assistance, even on topics outside of our responsibilities, and we're all there to support each other.
One of the best things about our brand team is how creative and collaborative we are. Everyone brings unique ideas to the table, and there’s a real sense of openness when we brainstorm or refine campaigns. It’s inspiring to work with people who genuinely care about how our brand shows up everywh

The people, and the standards we won't allow ourselves to slip below. That goes for the work we produce and the culture we protect. It's a culture of respect, and also high expectation, but not unreasonable expectation. We are like the special forces of the business world :).
We're in a time of significant change, but the company is really rising to meet the moment! It's a nice feeling of excitement, even if it brings a bit of chaos as well.
The most positive aspect of the culture is how collaborative and supportive it is. People genuinely help each other succeed, share knowledge freely, and celebrate achievements together, which creates a motivating and encouraging environment.
People are not micromanaged and allowed freedom to set their schedule with the objectives of meeting goals and requirements of job.

The interview process was thoughtful, transparent, and engaging. The team made me feel comfortable and truly interested in my perspective and experience.
We are picky, and careful to select people who will fit in with our environment, but also be able to self manage enough to handle excelling in a work from home environment. It's not for everyone, and takes a certain kind of person. You have to be invested. Just wanting 'a job' isn't enough.
It was a nice way to get a sense for the company's culture in a remote environment. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.
The interviews were conversational and friendly and gave me an opportunity to get to know the company culture, even though its a virtual organization.
I enjoyed how the process gave me insight into the role and the company. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, and it felt like a two-way conversation rather than just an evaluation.

Delivering. Contribution and pulling on the rope in a meaningful way. I feel valued and needed. Those things alone are enough, but I also get to interact with people I respect and enjoy meeting with regularly. That's the icing on the cake for me.
Seeing ideas grow into actual releases that go out to the membership!
Seeing ideas actually come to life and be released to our members. It's been exciting to be a part of all the new things we've launched recently!
Being able to work remotely is what makes me happiest. It gives me flexibility while still allowing me to collaborate effectively with my team through virtual tools. This balance helps me stay productive and feel supported.
