Scrum Alliance Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was thoughtful, transparent, and engaging. The team made me feel comfortable and truly interested in my perspective and experience.

We are picky, and careful to select people who will fit in with our environment, but also be able to self manage enough to handle excelling in a work from home environment. It's not for everyone, and takes a certain kind of person. You have to be invested. Just wanting 'a job' isn't enough.

It was a nice way to get a sense for the company's culture in a remote environment. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.

The interviews were conversational and friendly and gave me an opportunity to get to know the company culture, even though its a virtual organization.

I enjoyed how the process gave me insight into the role and the company. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, and it felt like a two-way conversation rather than just an evaluation.

Team members seemed like people I wanted to work with.

The team approach to hiring. The hiring manager is not alone in the interview process there is support from HR and other areas who will work closely to role to get full 360 view of candidate.

I liked being interviewed in a relaxed, conversational manner with cameras on. I felt like the people were warm and welcoming and had a good approach to quickly building an understanding of each other's background, the organization's needs, and determining whether I was a good fit.

I really appreciated how welcoming and genuine everyone was throughout the interview process. The questions were thoughtful, and the team was very transparent about each step, which made the experience comfortable and clear.

It was fast. I wasn't left waiting to hear from someone.

Lots of direct and honest communication

It was friendly and transparent.

The interview process was quick, transparent, and conversational- they knew the experience and culture fit they were looking for, and I had a clear picture of the role and environment right away.

The focus is on culture fit, and always has been, but now we also have a clear understanding of what people who fill positions will be doing. This is mostly due to leadership outlining needs and roles in a way the makes sense,

The warmth and intelligence of the people that interviewed me were a great indication of the company culture.

The interviews are thorough by a broad team spectrum to give new hires a chance to see the company through different eyes.

Efficient and I wanted to work there more and more with each person I met and each interaction that I had.

There wasn't an unnecessary number of interview rounds.

The ability to engage with the exec team.

What I liked most about the interview process was the transparency, friendliness, and directness. It made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.
