Even though the team works hard, they also like to have fun. Being a remote company we don't meet in person very much. I really enjoy all company meetings and other team building gatherings where we can all gather together virtually, laugh, bond, and have fun.

Very supportive, kind, intelligent people.

Our organization utilized the agile and scrum methodologies that we are striving to share with the world. This helps us all to stay positive and hopeful as that is the cornerstone of that way of thinking.

The people, and the standards we won't allow ourselves to slip below. That goes for the work we produce and the culture we protect. It's a culture of respect, and also high expectation, but not unreasonable expectation. We are like the special forces of the business world :).

We're in a time of significant change, but the company is really rising to meet the moment! It's a nice feeling of excitement, even if it brings a bit of chaos as well.
