What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Scrum Alliance has such a positive and welcoming culture! It’s a place where collaboration, trust, and respect are part of every interaction. I feel valued, supported, and inspired to do my best work every da

The people, and the standards we won't allow ourselves to slip below. That goes for the work we produce and the culture we protect. It's a culture of respect, and also high expectation, but not unreasonable expectation. We are like the special forces of the business world :).

We're in a time of significant change, but the company is really rising to meet the moment! It's a nice feeling of excitement, even if it brings a bit of chaos as well.

The most positive aspect of the culture is how collaborative and supportive it is. People genuinely help each other succeed, share knowledge freely, and celebrate achievements together, which creates a motivating and encouraging environment.

People are not micromanaged and allowed freedom to set their schedule with the objectives of meeting goals and requirements of job.

Teamwork is paramount and the people our organization hires are typically a really good team fit, with good communication and interpersonal skills. People are friendly and accommadating as we all strive together to achieve clearly defined goals.

They love to try new things and my manager is always in the loop to ensure we have what we need to be successful.

I like the way that everyone supports each other. There is a lot of mutual appreciation between everyone on every team, and it's nice to see people across the board being recognized for their hard work and efforts, no matter their role within the organization.

People genuinely care about one another s overall well being

Scrum Alliance fosters unusually high trust and openness across departments. Leadership truly listens, cross-functional collaboration is the norm, and the pace of change is matched by a genuine respect for work-life balance, which is rare in a high-growth environment.

The mission is one you can buy in to and be proud of. The work means something. There is intention and a why behind everything we do.
