It was a nice way to get a sense for the company's culture in a remote environment. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.

We're in a time of significant change, but the company is really rising to meet the moment! It's a nice feeling of excitement, even if it brings a bit of chaos as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really try to provide transparency for the whole org on key priorities, challenges, and strategic decisions. They also have a very real 'open door policy' and are always available for questions or feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're genuinely nice, smart, easy people to work with. All of us know we can ping each other any time for opinions or assistance, even on topics outside of our responsibilities, and we're all there to support each other.
