I feel that leadership is very good at balancing the organization's priorities. They find ways to make the company successful while still assuring the staff's well-being.

I love helping people. I get to do that everyday, while having a team that is also helping me if I can't figure out right away how to help the customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the investment on the part of Scrum Alliance in the benefits package. This allows no cost to the employee after 2 years with the company. That makes for a happy and loyal worker who will not leave and take all his or her special skills somewhere else.
