I have had struggles in my job being a female, but this company advocates for open discussion and I am able to express my discontent when my skills are doubted.
The gym reimbursement is nice.
Being able to socialize and the lack of micro-management.
As of lately, they are being more transparent with their actions regarding the company.
Knowing I have support and that my individual needs (as an employee) are met or at least acknowledged.
Very few people act superior. Almost all employees focus on the people aspect rather than making sales and such.
Limited drama. Toxic mentalities are rare. I know that I can speak to anyone I have a concern with that isn't ELT.
We all actively talk to each other and try to help where we can. That and we all trust each other to get our work done.
We can openly discuss any issues we have. No one is made to feel like they are walking on egg shells when airing grievances or concerns
Town Halls. Somewhere to express our concerns and ask questions. I have no management and I feel like my team and role is slowly getting pushed out. I have no visible support.
Health Club Membership reimbursement. Although it would be easier to have a fitness center in each building for the teams that have limited time to drive to a gym on a lunch break.
