I do not feel undervalued as an employee and contributor in the sense of being appreciated for what I do. But the pay level of myself and my teammates is not up to the level of the rest of the market. We've had teammates leave to other companies doing the same work or less for $30k more a year.

The flexibility since Covid is far and away the most positive to me. Forcing your employees to be at a desk from 8-5 and not allowing any flexibility makes no room for a work/life balance. If ever we went back to that archaic set up, I'd most likely be looking for another opportunity.
