My manager takes the time to meet with me and go over my 5/15s and ROIs. She truly cares about me as an employee and a person. She does everything she can to help me succeed in all areas. I couldn't ask for a better leader and mentor. Service Express is lucky to have her!

Better performance increase barely keep up with cost of living much less reflect accurate performance. Benefit options for 401K and HSA are restrictive.

Inflation is currently over 9 %. I am buying over age hamburger and off brand canned goods to make ends meet. Gas is currently 4:00 a gallon and the allowance does not cover the costs.
