We hire great people, everyone gets along really well and some of us hangout outside of work. We do fun team bonding events like happy hours, team lunches, etc. You can always do a ride along with someone on your team or a different team to learn more about what they do.

I have a far drive, and working from home is looked down upon or not allowed in my position. Every day, I spend 11/15 hours of my day traveling for work or working a job I can do completely from my computer on my couch.

Things move too slowly. Process is good but not to the detriment of productivity. Deadlines should be tighter so activities aren't so dragged out.
