It has been a great experience working here. Once the first few weeks of orientation were complete, it was off and running and almost four years later, never bored and always challenged but also encouraged to keep that work/life balance.

Always looking out for one another and recognizing events such as birthdays and work anniversaries. Everyone is very positive with one another.

I appreciate the HSA supplement that SE provides. I also appreciate the holiday half days as that is not something I have heard other employers doing.

Always a positive atmosphere. Even when things might not always be going the absolute best, there is positive energy in working things out and finding ways to improve the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Still provide a very decent company match to my retirement savings and contribute to my Health Savings Plan on a yearly basis. PTO time is also very reasonable. All appreciated!

Helping others in resolving a problem for them, coming up with a solution to make their day to day work life run smoother and just making improvements in general to the tools and processes that we interact with.

We are a young team that is eager to learn and grow, which is exciting to be a part of. A lot of work for our team to do but we always work together to meet the business priorities.

Everyone always has a positive attitude. We pick each other up if we need help and we genuinely care for the well being of our team members. I am often reminded to take time for my own professional growth and goals.
