HORRIBLE, something has to be do about the upper management within the company, until that happens Problems can not be fixed
It was an even mix of good and bad, some really good people, some really poor employees. Management talks at people, at the group, rarely to individuals that should be directly trained and dealt with.
My team always kept my department busy, however, there were times when there were too many power struggles between the client & the Sodexo management on the contract which caused information within the operation to be infringed.
Very bad experience and can't wait to leave.
