What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive a good amount of PTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fairness. Sodexo changes the objectives and financial components halfway through the year and then you are measured on something different which causes you to miss bonus.

The scope of my role increased by 50% since I was hired into it and needs to be regraded and therefore should be paid more

What are some of the best things about your team?
Realistic, fun, respectful eager to succeed. Unfortunately held back by bureaucracy and last minute changes from Paris to the Regions.
