Empathy, has your back, supports development, listens, etc. The challenge is France is inflexible and out of touch.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Realistic, fun, respectful eager to succeed. Unfortunately held back by bureaucracy and last minute changes from Paris to the Regions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fairness. Sodexo changes the objectives and financial components halfway through the year and then you are measured on something different which causes you to miss bonus.
