Sodexo USA Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great people that care about u

This isnt about the leadership team. This is about the company

Every one is fun working with

The leadership team is constantly seeking how to improve.

Understanding, a person that listens

certain managers will act as mentors

all of my supervisors that ive had are really chill but i also havent worked with 2 of them on a shift before but thats more because of my hours/schedule

Very helpful and approachable - easy to work with.

Friendly outgoing curiosity to improve

Review from Sales Dept

My lead works 120% every day he is a good man and a good mentor for this company

Easy going ready to help you succeed

The people here are very hard workers.

They truly care and want to support.

We communicate and help each other

There communication skills and willingness to help

Everyone work together as a team

I would say that the Sodexho leadership a lot more experienced more likely to give a hand or help with needed

My leadership team is the best.

Some managers go above and beyond while others get away with 20hr work weeks and not being seen by employees. The appreciation employees and supervisors have for the above and beyond managers in unmatched.

Awesome people, very understanding, love em

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening and hearing from staff.

A GM who isn't getting paid to have his Kitchen Supervisor do his job.

Everything. No people skills. Especially Ray from Austin

The managment team needs to focus on training the staff properly instead of throwing them into the water with a sink or swim mentality. And they need to increase wages to encourage staff retention and to encourage new applicants.

Every aspect of the day today operations

transparency and communication to employees

Lead by example for there employees and communicate and treat us fairly

Being professional and upholding the actual policies not personal feelings of how they like you or if they don't . The pettiness is beyond kindergarten a era I've never seen anything like it in the 15 years I've worked there for this company. They use their position like a sword to stab you in back

Going my policies and being professional and respectful making the support of the students number one not their personal feelings. Supposed to be students are number one I thought the company is supposed to want to make money number two and neither one of those are being held up . Attendance policy

Fairness and be more committed to following processes

Bring in experience leadership or quarterly training. Training on conflict resolution caring more about employees needs and wants as far as what do the employees need from management to do their job better. More training for employees on how to provide the customer with excellent customer service.

To actually appreciate their workers

Show genuine concern for employees well being and pay employees a real living wage

Everything. They treat us like dirt

Everything, they don't care about workers

be more personable and approachable.

Standing by hard working management

Being respectful and putting more of a focus on training and development.

Managers is horrible they need to know how to talk to the employees

Leadership needs to get better at valuing their employees. A company is as strong as its weakest link. If the employees working with the public are constantly being knocked down, there is no way for the public to have a positive perspective on them.
