Leadership is supportive and wants people to not only succeed but excel at their job.
The college students that are interact with every day international students Americans all of them are wonderful they love me and their American mommy or their best friend we look forward to seeing each other every day I get compliments from my kids never from the management team
My students that come into the college every day that I feed every day! They look forward to seeing me and I look forward to them I'm extremely loved by my students just not management. They put posted so many compliments for me not one of them has been posted on our board

The Company needs to allow the kitchen managers to do their jobs and stop allowing hr to micromanage every little detail of each kitchen and circumvent the managers
The salaried managers and CEOs need to come down and experience what day-to-day work is like in a real world
New management for sure and some one to look into the management process
Retraining all employees from head down giving everyone the chance to start over and to learn the proper skills and techniques required to work well and to enjoy the job and their work environment.

Appreciation should be given to those working hard. Unions are easily are able to take full advantage of the weakness of Sodexos management. I believe they are detrimental to the business.
It needs to evaluate its managers better.
Managers need to be more involved. Do not stand there with their hands behind their backs just watching the team drown. Shameful!

The management needs to regularly vist the overnight crew and make sure the supervisors are doing there jobs and the supervisors need to learn how to talk to the workers and in such a aggressive way the supervisors are harassing certain people and helping others they do not help as a team
