Nothing really. Job is nothing to write home about in fact it's more stressful than it's worth. I happen to be in my early sixties now, but if I was younger I would not work for them

Hard to say haven't noticed very many promotions people coming from outside are the ones that work in the management capacity.

The only reason I feel secure in my job is because I'm a union worker and a school district.

The usual they aren't very Innovative there. Want to know examples of where you shined in your former employment

No flexibility at all. You work when school is in session. Higher up bosses make you ashamed for having any time off during the school year that is not offered by your District.

Since its food service I don't know of any home employment opportunities

Not very in the school district capacity. Like I said money making opportunity only at the kids and the employees expense. Wouldn't suggest working for them.
