More information and communication ,kindness the whole company

Seeing what was offered then seeing what the real results are

The interview process was fair and efficient.

the process is straightforward and they don't make you wait weeks for a decision

But I liked about the interview process was when I first met them they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable

The past manager was nice and listened to there employees and had open communication and once a month meetings

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Educating management, supervisors an employees

It takes too long to gear about a job.

Tell the whole truth....Not bits and pieces of it

Be upfront with the people and let them know that races are few and far between

It was siimple they can't keep anyone at that Sodexo and the employees run the the hospital I work in which is UT

Tell new employees they have to work weekends like the rest of us

Be honest about what is expected of workers and stopnpromising new hires the weekend off

Teach interview process to new management to do proper and faster

Qualified management energy employees and conduct several interviews not just one
