It would be nice to have some additional quarterly or yearly bonus. Also, I believe that the yearly appraisal rate should be based on the employees' performance, instead of being a fixed value (%).

They need to come up with a proper process for everything, specially the communications. I think it's very inefficient that we have to wait for days to get response or acknowledgement from a single question or request.
