I am having a lot of fun with my team and also we are working together. You will not see any "I" in our team so far.
We work separately as we have different tasks to be done, but whenever someone is in need regarding workloads, everyone in the team is always there to help. We are just a small group in a team consisting of 3 people from source fit plus 2 clients we are working with directly.
They respect everyone and give back to the community.
The best part is having understanding members and always there to lend a hand whenever someone is in needs as to the tasks

They have to be more collaborative and has to accept that each of us has room for growth.
We handle different clients, so we don't chat often. It's not that we don't work weel together, we just work separately
