Leaders here are skilled and very passionate
they must under go for training on how to handle people and have a management training
They need to come up with a proper process for everything, specially the communications. I think it's very inefficient that we have to wait for days to get response or acknowledgement from a single question or request.

Organize the Structure. Have a Proper Onboarding of each employees, don't expect that your employees will know everything after they are hired, Leaders should know how to properly coach the employees, Leaders should know how to listen and understand the challenges and struggles of each employees,
The executive sector of the business could benefit from offering more hands on approach and visibility over their constituents
They need to be more connected to the people they manage. I think they are just all about the title and how good it sounds, but really, they're lacking management skills.
