- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salary is being given late at night and there is no free dependent for HMO and 13th month pay is not yet given. All the stocks groceries and malls are gone now, we cannot buy anything anymore once they have given the 13th month pay
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I wish Sourcefit could be more generous with leave credits. We have to wait for 6 months to use leave or sick leave credits, but once we are eligible to use leave credits, we have to earn the credits every month. Also, they should have a free dependent for HMO.
