Compared to the salary in the market I feel my salary is low
Salary is being given late at night and there is no free dependent for HMO and 13th month pay is not yet given. All the stocks groceries and malls are gone now, we cannot buy anything anymore once they have given the 13th month pay

I wish Sourcefit could be more generous with leave credits. We have to wait for 6 months to use leave or sick leave credits, but once we are eligible to use leave credits, we have to earn the credits every month. Also, they should have a free dependent for HMO.
The salary is good. but I think to motivate the employees, it's better to have some perks like a performance bonus or additional allowance. It's also better if the HMO coverage will be reviewed
