Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hoping that the basic salary will be much more that what I have now since I think I have proven my skills and capabilities in my account. Also, I wish there would be free dependent for the HMO. To be honest this is the only BPO company I know that does not provide free dependents for HMO

It's not that you feel being undervalued but the work is just too much and with everything being expensive. In my perspective, I don't find my salary to be enough anymore.

The best thing about my team is the openness of the group to hear other people out and help others. Going back to freedom to somewhat manage your job the team is always there for bi-weekly meetings to check in and help each other out
