What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel invested to go to work every day with the support that I get from the operations. They provide you with resources that you need to become effective in your role.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to come up with a proper process for everything, specially the communications. I think it's very inefficient that we have to wait for days to get response or acknowledgement from a single question or request.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I love about my compensation package is the non-taxable allowance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have some additional quarterly or yearly bonus. Also, I believe that the yearly appraisal rate should be based on the employees' performance, instead of being a fixed value (%).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Immature employees from Sourcefit, not positive.

Apart from the work from home set up that I really love. I find the company employees easy to deal with when I have concerns or questions at a certain thing. They never make me feel that we work in a WFH environment because they provide prompt answers all the time. Kudos to that!
