I have to say the benefit of having leaves that can be credited.

We have yearly increase from the client. I just hope there will be more benefits to the employees like in HMO, they would allow 1 dependent.

The most positive about the culture and environment in the company are the people ( employees ) who are very much committed on their tasks and working tremendously to carry out positive results on a daily basis. They manifest a great deal of friendliness, cooperation and able to sort out differences
