It will be better if we can get an internet allowance for work from home jobs and even got extra pay or incentives when we achieve to be at the top and I hope annual appraisal should not be delayed since we only get a little addition to our salary I hope they can give it on time

They are very considerate and when you are sick they won't force you to work and will give you a chance to regain strength for you not to be able to worsen and get more absences. That's why as much as possible I choose to work if I can endure my sickness since I love how they treated the employees
