Better team work, communicating skills, and have a grown up environment.
It was laid back and felt comfortable, one could really talk to the hiring committee, that's basically the only good thing
No communication what so ever, its every employee for themselves, not a welcoming environment, and not family oriented. Basically have the opposite.
The only good thing for me is working 3rd shift at the moment. I don't have higher ups breathing over my shoulder constantly, it's just a hair easier and slightly comfortable. And more family environment is most definitely needed.
Yes I ver much so feel Way under valued, getting much higher pay rate, better bonuses, and much better benefits, and much better lunches and dinners, treat us the way they treat themselves, we don't get to receive half million dollar bonuses, oh but they do. That is why people leave.
More incentives, and bigger bonuses, and reward employees better, and not work them to the bone. This is why they loose so many employees all the time, for reason that they don't treat their employees well, no worthwhile bonuses, most definitely not enough pay, and bosses get thousands of dollars
