Being able to assist customers and dispatch service techs
Nothing. No one wants to take responsibility for their errors. Admin department and copesan do thier jobs wrong and exclude information slowing uo the service for customers
Lift your wages and might retain some employees and not have so much turn over, support your csr's instead of having them finance thier own equipment for the job, fix your process. Disjointed software that complicates and slows down service. No pay raises for merit and barely raise equivelent CPI.
When I have co workers we support eachother well but I don't have coworkers. 6 months in advance we knew were going to have staff shortages no moves were made until. We were down to 1. Me. Controlling and dispatching 8 different regions alone with intermittent help from the higher ups at best.
3000 monthly gross, 2000 after taxes, minus health care for 2, leaves 400 a week in everyone's pockets to pay rent, buy groceries, utilities. I WOULD ASK THE CEO : PLEASE SHOW US 5 YEAR EMPLOYEES A BUDGET FOR HOW WE CAN AFFORD TO LIVE ON A SINGLE INCOME? There is ZERO!-NO opertunity for advancement
