My branch has a terrible branch manager, however even with that our service managers do good to provide us with what we need to succeed. Yet our branch manager has never worked in the industry before and only cares about metrics, and apparently doesnt understand customer service very well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Helping with retention of employees and quality control for customers.

Following the policies they try to enforce

Accountability Not using their years of experience as a reason to be lazy.

Learning about the rights employees have, actually helping them grow, and for sure accountability.

Finding better EXPERIENECED leaders with integrity. They also need to promote better work life balance for employees. People should not feel like they are being punished for taking time off.

Understanding that they work for us.

New managmemt and New payment plain

Lift your wages and might retain some employees and not have so much turn over, support your csr's instead of having them finance thier own equipment for the job, fix your process. Disjointed software that complicates and slows down service. No pay raises for merit and barely raise equivelent CPI.

Handling HR related issues would be a great start
