My branch has a terrible branch manager, however even with that our service managers do good to provide us with what we need to succeed. Yet our branch manager has never worked in the industry before and only cares about metrics, and apparently doesnt understand customer service very well.

Lift your wages and might retain some employees and not have so much turn over, support your csr's instead of having them finance thier own equipment for the job, fix your process. Disjointed software that complicates and slows down service. No pay raises for merit and barely raise equivelent CPI.
