The interview process was extensive in comparison to the actual job relevance and pay.

All the interviewers were were very personable. They let you know what they were looking for and what the job would entail, and kept you informed where you were in the interview process

Stop pulling the old bait and switch routine. Tell the truth about what the job really entails, so candidates will know what to expect. In other words, stop lying...

Actually interview people. I was called by a recruiter and then my interview was less than 5 minutes branch manager just asked if the pay plan was okay and if I wanted to be hourly or production
