Colleagues but management drove wedges between the people with lies and mismanagement
It does not have anything good, we always expected some good news from the branch manager, but we only receive the he ignores us and threats us as with indifference, we never have a meeting of camaraderie, the branch manager us a very rude person, he always decides who leaves and who stays.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody works together ag all
When I have co workers we support eachother well but I don't have coworkers. 6 months in advance we knew were going to have staff shortages no moves were made until. We were down to 1. Me. Controlling and dispatching 8 different regions alone with intermittent help from the higher ups at best.
Teammates, respect, consideration and good quality work
Stop playing favorites and make it a fair atmosphere
It was a Virtual/Remote job, so interaction with co workers was very limited. I really didn't know any of them, and it wasn't my main focus.

Office manager not the branch manager is the worst. Doesnt care about about employees families. Threatens employees with passive aggressive remarks when they express desire to be promoted then makes passive remarks about techs getting paid morethan him. Weekly meetings are a joke.
